Fluid-actuated valves. -A valve device for automatically emptying radiators, reservoirs, piping &c. when the contained liquid is near freezing point is actuated by variations in the volume of a highly expansible fluid. The valve member G co-operates with a seat H and is screwed to a member F loaded by a spring J and having a pin and slot connection with a piston D. The piston works in a part C connected to a tubular member A closed by a plug B and containing a volume of expansible liquid.
