Models.-Model building-blocks for instructional purposes, par. ticularly for making concave or convex walls or the like, have flat and curved faces which conform to two concentric circles, as shown, when the bricks arc assembled, the joints made by the flat faces all conforming to portions of chords which are parallel to the sides of a square tangential to one of the circles. The flat faces of the assembled bricks form in part a continuous seam, and this seam has rectangular bends with bricks having concave faces on one side of it and bricks with convex faces on the other side. The internal joints which are parallel to the base project one below the other in such a manner that the concave bricks on the inside of the arch are self-supporting.
