Clamps, internal.-A device for mounting electric light fittings on vases or the like comprises two elastic, preferably metal, strips a or a' provided with screw-threaded rods c engaging screwshreads f of opposite pitch in a member d, which is rotated to engage the strips in the neck of the vase and is provided with screw-threaded apertures g, h adapted to receive the support for the lamp fittings. The strips a, or a1, are provided on the outer face with a covering b, or bands m, of leather, rubber, or the like.
