Gill boxes and frames.-In an arrangement of the kind described in Specification 12962/13 for raising the fallers from the lower guide to the upper guide, the axially displaceable fingers 11, 21 on the disc 4, which rotates at half the speed of revolution of the screws, are so arranged that the the diameter of their circular path is equal to that of the usual cam carried by the lower screw.
