The tank 1 and vessel 2 are arranged in a liquid bath 3 having an electric heater 4 and a thermostat 5. The vessel 2 is connected to the atmosphere by a light-trapped tube 7, and has a discharge nozzle 8 having a discharge slot 9 and arranged in a thick metal plate 10. The film 11 passes over a roller 12 mounted on a bracket 12a carried on a threaded spindle 13 provided with a hard wheel 14 for adjustment.
