[Class 117] Two screen tables are mounted horizontally in a single frame and are reciprocated by separate eccentric carrying shafts which are connected together by gearing. The frame is preferably formed of fabricated steel. In the form shown, the trays D, D 1, in addition to being supported on springs P, are suspended by springs Q and wooden laths F, and are vibrated by eccentric shafts I through adjustable connecting rods V. The shafts I are belt driven at one end, are inter-connected by spur gears at the other, and have their eccentric portions displaced one hundred and eighty degrees. The two screens may be bridged by a shoot or their ends may overlap.
