[Class 141] A bust support is provided with inserted breast pockets each comprising upper and lower portions a, b, the lower portion a consisting of two pieces of material which are connected together by means of a seam c extending downwardly from the breast nipple, and the breast pockets being provided with quilting seams f, h, which extend outwardly and downwardly away from the seam c, in the two pieces of material constituting the lower portion a, and parallel to a line joining the upper corner of the breast pocket to the breast nipple in the upper portion b.
