Improvements in and apparatus for the degasification of alkaline liquids laden with hydrogen sulphide

In the degasefication of alkaline liquids containing hydrogen sulphide, the effluent hydrogen sulphide is burned and used to supply the heat necessary for the degasefication. The amount of oxygen may be controlled so as to produce either sulphur dioxide or sulphur.
