[Class 12 (i)] A self-adjusting bearing bush, particularly for the steering columns of motor vehicles comprises a corrugated spring sleeve 1 the alternate surfaces formed by the corrugations making a bearing fit with the steering column and with the outer tubular casing respectively. The sleeve may be split or built up of several pieces. Felt pads 2, 3, may be fitted in the corrugations.
