[Class 132 (ii)] A limb protector, for example for sports wear, comprises a stiff trough-shaped outer member 1 to extend along the limb, a coextensive trough-shaped inner member 2 of flexible substantially inextensible material spaced from the outer member and connected to it along the longitudinal edges, and means such as straps 5, laces or a sliding clasp fastener for attaching the protector to the limb. The inner member 2 and the fastening straps may be lined with a resilient cushioning material. The protector may be secured to the stocking of the wearer.
