New method of constructing affordable housing characterized by the fact that the canvases of wall that are to form the walls of the building are mounted on foundations of forming them concrete by rows of overlapping blocks are constructed prior shuttering of the area to be covered it using a mass formed by mixing topsoil and siliceous lands suited to the characteristics of topsoil used whose mixing ratio is added with the water necessary to knead a percentage proportion of silicates whose amount and kind vary according quality of topsoil used.
