A paper or like strip 1 for attachment by adhesive to an employee's tax deduction card 2 is printed with a list of the weekly tax free totals 5 for, say, a six months' period and corresponding to the employee's P.A.Y.E. code number, the spacing of the amounts corresponding to the rulings 3 of the card so that they fall into their correct places when the strip is affixed. The strip 1 has an index mark 4 corresponding to an index mark on the card e.g. ruling 3 for week 40, so as to facilitate correct positioning of the strip on the card. Numerals 6 corresponding to week numbers 7 on the card may also be marked on the strip. The strips may be made up into sets either in pad or roll form, those in a particular set being identical and corresponding to a particular code number. Appropriately marked strips may be used for other purposes where columns of figures have to be repeated on record cards, account sheets or the like.
