A composition for combating plant feeding nematodes comprises N,N1-dimethylthiuram disulphide of formula FORM:0894018/VI/1 and a solid diluent or carrier. The diluent may be a fertilizer, talc, marl, chalk, diatomaceous earth, kaolin, calcium silicate or magnesium aluminium silicate. A wetting or dispersing agent may also be included. The composition may be used for treating seeds, bulbs, corms, tubers and articles liable to come into contact with plants such as bags, pots or vehicles.
