[Also in Group XXVIII] The apparatus used in Specification 868,966 has the bull wheels thereof formed with grooves having a resilient surface (e.g. rubber, plastic or neoprene). In Fig. 10 the bull wheel 100 has a cast aluminium rim 53 on which is moulded a neoprene facing 55. In Fig. 14, the bull wheel 100 is faced with a plurality of segments 58, each segment comprising a neoprene facing 55 bonded to a metal backing 59 secured by screws 61 to the rim 53.
