The container base carries projections 11 which engage edges 19 on the casing and snap springs 5 are arranged in the casing, the free ends of the springs sliding over the upper edges 20 of the container side walls and co-operating with arresting notches 14 when the container is closed. The casing is provided with a front aperture having stops at the bottom edge of its upper side, the stops co-operating with stops 18 on the container to limit the tilting movement.
