[Also in Division B8] Apparatus for conveying metal objects, especially castings, through a blast cleaning device comprises at least two arms 4, 4A with suspension means, the arms being independently rotatable on a pillar 5. The pillar 5 is located near a blast chamber 3. Each arm is rotated by a driving unit 2. On the underside of each arm is suspended a hoisting device 1 comprising an electrically driven block capable of being moved along the arm and provided with suspension means 6. The suspension means is adapted to enable a suspended object to be mechanically turned round the axis of the suspension means in the course of blasting. A grid 8 with a screw conveyer 7 is provided at the blast chamber for the removal of shot from cleaned objects.
