The invention comprises an aqueous solution of 7-8 parts by weight of crystalline glycidyl trimethyl ammonium chloride in 3-2 parts by weight of water. The solution is defined as being a liquid and does not include solid solutions. Solutions in this concentration range are more stable than the more dilute forms and provide a convenient means for transporting glycidyl trimethyl ammonium chloride without risk of explosion.
