The triangle may be a right angular triangle, the radius of the corner Cl at the right angle being that of a circle to which the base S1 is tangential, so that the hole accommodates a bolt of maximum diameter and the radius of the corners C2, C3 are equal and these corners accommodate a bolt of smaller diameter. The holes are in rows with the corners C1 of each row pointing in the opposite direction to that of the next row. Each hole is equi-distance from the two adjacent holes of the next row. The holes are shown in three angle bars 11, 13, 15 bolted at right angles to one another.
