In a pantograph type copy-milling machine the template supporting table 7 is linked to the work-table 6 by a coupling 23, 18 permitting relative vertical movement therebetween. The member 23 is adjustable in two directions at right angles on the underside of table 6. The table 7 is slidably mounted on a cross slide 11 mounted on a support 9 which is itself vertically adjustably mounted on a member adjustable in the same direction as cross slide 11 on the machine base. Locking levers L provide for clamping the table 7 and cross slide 11.
