Cover 1 and sheet 2 have at least one longitudinal slit forming rows 1a 1b and 2a, 2b, and the cover 3 and sheet may be slit transversely to form the sheet into individual mounts. Alternatively the sheet and cover 3 may be die stamped to form rectangular areas, the surplus material of cover 3 and sheet 2 around these areas being removed so that each rectangular area of sheet 2 forms two mounts covered by a single strip of cover 3.
