[Also in Division H1] Printed conductors of a panel 70 and exposed conductors of tape cables such as 50, which are located in a flexible trough-shaped housing 24, are clamped in firm engagement on rotation through ninety degrees of a camming rod 38 which rests on a spacer 32 which lies between the trough 24 and an outer more rigid trough 12. Both troughs are of metal or plastics, the inner trough 24 having a resilient lining 34 and the outer trough 12 having pegs 22 for locating the printed circuit panel 70. Notches (64, Fig. 8, not shown) in the sides of the cables 50 are engaged by tabs 20 on the outer trough 12, the tabs 20 also engaging slots in cable-clamping bars 19. In a modification (Fig. 5, not shown) two inner troughs (241) have a common outer trough (121) and a common camming rod (381) which is located between them. In another embodiment (Figs. 6, 7, not shown) frame members (72), which extend upwardly from the outer trough 12, have clips (74), which engage side edges of the panel 70, and have channelshaped rods (76) slidably engaging the upper edges of the panel 70 and frame members (72). Several such connectors are pivotally mounted in a common housing (79) by engagement of the ends of their camming rods 38 and slidable rods (76) with apertures in the housing, the connectors being able to pivot about their camming rods 38 on releasing the slidable rods (76) from the housing (79).
