Expandable epr and polyolefin-contg compsn

摘要

Expandable polymer compsns. consist of (I) 5-95 pts. wt. ethylene propylene rubber, (II) 95-5 pts. wt. polyalkene, (III) a crosslinking agent, and (IV) a blowing agent. The compsns. can be expanded to bodies with a fine, uniform pose structure, a good elasticity, and good mechanical properties. The foam bodies have good ozone heat and chemical resistance, and good electrical properties. The dimensional stability of the foam bodies is better than foam bodies produced from component (I) alone.
