Process comprises cutting animal lymphatic glands into small pieces after connecting tissues and fat has been removed. A mixture of the pieces and water in the ratio 1:2 to 1:4 is distilled, then stirred and heated to 90 degrees C and the extract removed over 15 mins. The extract is vacuum filtered and the filtrate obtained cooled to 50 degrees C after which it is treated in an autoclave at is approx. 120 for 90 mins. Before placing it in the autoclave for a 2nd. time the extract is cooled to 5 degrees C and filtered. Prod. is used for immunologically treating malignant tumours.
