An adjustable counterweight 6 is provided to urge the flaps into their closed positions, and coupling 9 permits the relative positions of the flaps to be adjusted. An arm 13 movable with the flaps co-operates with a switch 14 to cut off the gas supply when the air flow exceeds a predetermined amount.
