Hot galvanizing plant - for long structural components

Lattice mast sections, poles etc are hot galvanised by first immersion in a pickling bath (horizontal) then a rinsing bath (also horizontal) and then lowering vertically first into an induction heated drying muffle then into one of a pair of alternative vertical galvanising dip baths also induction heated with an emergency hot zinc pump between them allowing rapid transfer of the molten zinc in case of damage to the bath in use. The induction heater coils are sub-divided into separately regulated axially split sections to ensure optimum temp regulation and distribution in both the muffle and the dip bath(s).
