PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of estimating concentration of a fluid system capable of estimating the concentration of the total fluid without constraining the arrangement of a concentration measurement device even for a fluid system having a complicated flow field. PSOLUTION: The method of estimating concentration of in the fluid system in which the material component has a concentration distribution includes: a concentration measurement step (step S201) of measuring the concentration of the material component by a concentration measurement device arranged on concentration actual measurement points, at two or more optional concentration actual measurement points preset in the fluid system; and estimation steps (steps S202 to S204) of gaining indexes relating to the flow field of the flow system in concentration estimation points determined experimentally or by using a numerical fluid simulation, at optional concentration estimation points preset in the fluid systems and estimating the concentration of the material component in the concentration estimation points based on the indexes and the concentration of the material component measured in the concentration estimation steps.
