Injection moulding jet - needle with forward face in alignment with jet head face and mould wall to prevent flash

The needle in the jet unit of an injection moulding equipment for processing thermoplastic materials is designed so that in the closed position the face of the needle, the head face of the jet and the mould wall present a smooth and unbroken surface. The purpose is to eliminate the development of flash on injection moulding, which eliminates the need to remove this flash after moulding, with the work costs and amage potential involved.
