The capsules contg. the pharmaceutical prepns. for percutaneous applicaton are coated in a polymer material such as gelatine and distributed over the flexible sheet or band of backing material. Pref. the products are medications which are absorbed through the skin into the blood stream and contain pore dilators. The rear of the backing is covered with an impermeable layer to prevent seepage of the pren. with a glove-like film on top of that to friction burst the capsules.
