PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply and cut a desired length of an adhesive tape correctly and early without touching it directly, and to enable the single-handed continuous use simple. ;SOLUTION: There are provided a cutting edge 2 to cut an adhesive tape 5, an adhesive tape holder 3 to hold the adhesive tape, and guide parts 4, 9 to smoothly pull out the adhesive tape from an adhesive tape body 6. The configuration of the both guide parts is such that an adhesive tape header 1 is always made to come immediately beneath the cutting edge and the adhesive tape holder after the adhesive tape is cut. When there are asperities on an applying surface, the degree of adhesion of the adhesion tape is improved by tracing on the surface with an elastic body 8 after the adhesion tape is attached. When an adhesion tape cutter is in the horizontal state, the heights of the cutting edge and the adhesion tape holder are made different in dimension so as to avoid the adhesion tape cutter to be caught on the applying surface 10. The cutting edge is made to be protruded outward from the structure part of the adhesive tape cutter contiguous to both ends of the cutting edge to facilitate the confirmation of the positions of a start and an end of sticking.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
