Porous building material - by blowing cement aggregate mixt using hydrogen peroxide and hypochlorite

Cement aggregate mixt., opt. contg. small amount added Ca(OH)2, is stirred to a paste with required amount suff. diluted H2O2 (as blowing agent) and a wetting agent pore stabiliser soln., opt. together. Afther a slight delay, a hypochlorite soln. is introduced in required amount to start up expansion through reaction of H2O2 with hypochlorite and resulting O2-generation. Pore quality may be influenced by choice of hypochlorite, e.g. Ca(OCl)2 forms fine pores while NACL leads to larger pores.
