Addn of (a) 0.03-1 wt,% adhesion-improving agent, e.g. methyl-cellulose, (b) 0.03-1 wt.% thixotropic agents (c) 0.02-0.3 wt.% dispersion powder and (d) 0.02-0.3 wt.% pore-forming materials to plastering mortar contg. sand and lime and bonded with hydraulic binder, leads to easily applied mortar for inner and outer walls and damp rooms, requiring 1/3 less water in working up than lime/gypsum mortars, and having improved insulating properties and ligher weight.
