X-ray fluorescence analysis - using germanium (lithium) detector for non dispersive k-fluorescence analysis

摘要

An in-line X-ray fluorescence analysis for heavy metals uses a radionuclide source with a gamma-energy exceeding the K-absorption edge of the heaviest element to be analyzed. A planar drift Ge (Li) detector is used for a non-dispersive analysis.
