Large rotational mouldings - made by successive casting and mating of end caps and various bodies

Mouldings comprising a genrally cylindrical body with a pair of end caps, where moulds for the caps can be inclined and turned to spread a layer of moulding resin over the surface to be gelled by burners heating the back of the moulds. Additional resin can be dumped by e.g. a telescopic extruder into the body section which can then rotate about a horizontal axis while being heated to spread the resin to form the body and fuse with the preformed coating on the end moulds. Esp. for making large mouldings, pref. the end cap units are mobile to accept various sizes of body mould between them. Does not require the entire object to be contained within an oven.
