The sheet has male and female articulation and anchorage units (10, 11) to allow relative translation of two successive sheets (L, L`) between a remote position and a proximate position of a sheet body. Ridges (2, 3) of the body have locking units (20, 21) cooperating together to block a relative rotation of the sheets in two directions in the proximate position of the body and to free the rotation in the remote position of the body. An independent claim is also included for a windable apron including a sheet.
