An interchangeable front sight for hand firearms including a front sight holder to be secured to the weapon barrel and a front sight blade inserted into the holder. The front sight blade having integral flexible legs which engage the weapon barrel to force the sight blade into contact with the holder and thereby hold the blade in place.
