Cpds. of formula (I): (where R and R1 are 1-6C alkyl; R2, R3 and R4 are H or 1-4C alkyl; R5-R8 are H, halogen or 1-4C alkyl, alkoxy, haloalkoxy or alkylthio; X is O or S) have insecticidal, acaricidal and nematocidal activity. They are pref. prepd. by reacting a cpd. (II): (where Y is halogen) with MS-P(X)(OR)OR1 (where M is alkali metal or NH4).
