Plastics foil is used as a separating medium for stacking and opt. as protective agent for shipping and mounting prefabricated, esp. slab-shaped building elements e.g. of light concrete that have been coated with wall plaster before stacking. The separating foil may be placed upon a freshly applied coating of plaster that has in turn be applied over a perforated plastics film.
