The covered electrophoresis chamber for qualitative and semi quantitative determinations is designed so that a film strip can be laid and fixed in it without the use of additional fasteners. Pref. the non-elastic, non-undulating but flexible strip is laid over two bridges in the compartments formed in the vessel. A Plexiglas (RTM) dividing wall separates the electrode section from the rest of the compartment and the insertable strip is a cellulose acetate film.
