Non-irritant,non-toxic deodorants - contg tocopherol as anti-oxidant for inhibiting perspiration odours

A deodorising composition contng. a quantity of tocopherol is applied to parts of the body having apocrine sweat glands, to inhibit the formation of odours in human perspiration. The tocopherol is present at min 1.0 mg/cm2 to max 5 mg/cm2 skin and may be in the formulations customary in toiletries such as toilet water, aerosols, soaps or detergents. The deodorant agents are effective, non-irritant and non-toxic.
