Animal food - utilises beet pulp or yeast wastes from alcoholic fermentation

Animal food contains a mixt. of dried beet pulp waste contg. 20% cellulose and 30% other glucides on dry wt. and =1 yeast from either alcholic fermentation or wine distillation (e.g. Tortula, Saccharomyces) which are 40-50% protein rich and of high vitamin B content. The food contains 10-16% proteins, 3-4% fats 15-18% cellulosics. Other ingredients are wheat, maize etc. The process tends to reduce industrial pollution by providing a use for these wastes.
