Light-weight fire-resistant building panels - made from vermiculite, aminoplast and sodium hexa-meta-phosphate

The panels retain their shape and strength up to =1800 degrees C and are lighter than those of asbestos and gypsum; they are used e.g. as doors, partitions and coverings for walls and ceilings. Aminoplast is pref. UF resin.
