Burner machine carriage roller mounting - takes both support and guide rollers in different sizes to suit different machine slides

The mounting consists of an L-shaped bracket fastened to the burner support on the shorter leg so that the longer leg stretches out horizontally. The horizontal leg of the top bracket carries a vertical roller which runs on a horizontal rail, and two horizontal rollers which bear on the side of this rail. The lower track carries two similar side rollers which bear on a lower bracket. The brackets have two sets of mounting holes so that they can be used on machines with different tracks widths and the side rollers can also be mounted at two different distances to accommodate two track widths. Use of a single mounting bracket does away with separate mountings for running rollers and guide rollers, and allows changes from one size of machine to another to be made quickly and easily.
