The novel cpds. are of formula (I): (where R is (substd.)alkyl-, alkylene-, aralkyl-, cycloalkyl- or phenyl). They are prepd. by condensation of cpds. of formula O=C-(OAlkyl)CH2CHO in the presence of bases, with cpds. of formula RHN=C(=O)CH2CN.
