Radiation-curable resin compsn for the prepn of a thin film contains (I) a radical-polymerisable resin and (II) a filler, at least partly composed of a powdered ferromagnetic material, the amt of this material being 1.5-998 pts wt per 100 pts wt radical-polymerisable resin I.I. Pref. is a polyester ester resin having an av. mol wt of 500-4000, and a double bond equivalent of 200-2000, an acrylic resin having an av. mol wt of 500-4000 etc.
