Appts. for continuously profiling a sheet guided between two cover films, the sheet consisting of fibres e.g. glass fibres, impregnated with a thermosetting synthetic resin e.g. a polyester, in order to form a corrugated sheet has forming parts through which the sheet is passed, and holders for maintaining the forming parts at a predefined distance from each other. On the arrival side of the sheet is arranged a lower forming part belt with a chain-link type connection of the forming parts, the loose upper forming parts being held between the lower forming parts by magnetic force. Thus the guiding force is at a min. and sagging is avoided.
