The shrinking agent is applied in a pattern, which partially crosses any coloured and/or transparent patterning on the fabric, to give a multi-dimensional effect through narrowing of the pattern in selected zones, or the application of stripes along the warp line. Fabric pref. comprises cotton and polyester.
