Randomly oriented steel wire spirals or spiral supporting structures are arranged in the space between the reinforced polyester surface plates, and the surfaces of the liner are rigidly bonded to the polyester plates. Pref. the supporting structure is a spiral or spiralled mesh of fibre reinforced polyester.
