The collar of elastic material, is mounted on a circular boss which has a projecting tongue for attaching to a wall. The collar itself is of C-form with the open ends extended outwards at an angle to each other. One of the ends also has an inward extension bent at right angles into a circular arc. The pipe is pushed between the extended ends forcing them apart until the pipe is enclosed within the collar and secured by the spring blade.
