Rotating publicity display has a rotating frame mounted on a fixed support and having irregular or regular geometric forms. On the surface of the frame one or several interchangeable and removable panels may be mounted. They may be of transparent, translucent, lit or non lit type etc. The frame central spindle is mounted in a bearing, the spindle being driven by a motor. A hexagonal arrangement of flat panels may be used. The fixed support has a hollow metal pole encircled by two clamp rings fastened to top and bottom webs of a lattice girder arm with the motor and bearings for the display at its end.
