A first link member 14 is mounted parallel to the flying boom 10 by second and third link members 11, 13 to form a first parallelogram of linked members and said third link member 13 in conjunction with the tie rod 3, a fourth link member 12 and the drive means coupled to the column ends of the tie rod and fourth link member form a second parallelogram.
